• When will my order be dispatched?
  • We dispatch daily Monday to Friday at 1pm, any order received after 10am will be held until the following day. We reserve the right to change the postage option you select to a faster option. We will not charge you any extra if we upgrade your postage, we will NEVER downgrade it.
  • What about weekends and bank holidays?
  • Any orders out of normal hours will be dispatched next working day.
  • My order hasn’t arrived when expected, what should I do?
  • Please email us and we will do our best to see what has gone wrong.
  • What is the difference between grade A and grade B systems?
  • GRADE A systems are fully reconditioned Laptops/Netbooks or Tablets, these may show a small signs of previous use, but very minimal. The screens will always be perfect and the batteries new and in many cases may be brand new. These come with full 12 months warranty and 12 months support.
  • GRADE B systems will be fully operational but may have noticeable marks to the casing or screens, they may have less RAM, reduced battery life and also missing rubber feet etc. These units still come with 12 months warranty and 12 months support.
  • I have purchased a module, but am unsure how to install the software. Can you help me?
  • Yes of course we will, message our support team using the details contained in your order and they will be happy to help.
  • Are your kits easy to use?
  • We try to make all our kits as easy as possible and as user friendly as we can. But if you are struggling, don’t worry our support team are on hand to help.
  • Can I go online with my kit?
  • Yes. Unlike many other seller who supply cracked/fake software that you can’t use online, Our software is perfectly safe to use online.
  • I want to remap my car, Can you help?
  • Although we can help you get the right package for your car, we are unable to offer any support on the remapping functions.
  • How long does the battery last?
  • This question is impossible to answer as so many factors effect the battery life, All our systems are sent out with new batteries which will require a full charge when you receive your kit. Failure to fully charge a battery as instructed will shorten the battery life (batteries are consumables and therefor not covered by our warranty).
  • What about updates, can I update my system?
  • No you must not try to update the software, we have a team of support agents who will do this for you remotely. This is free during the first year.
  • My laptop/tablet doesn’t have a DVD drive, How can I install the software?
  • Do not worry as more and more systems move away from DVD drives we are suppling most software via download links.
