Thanks for purchasing our products at https://www.diagnostic-central.co.uk operated by Diagnostic Central.


In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 28 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way, along with the retail packaging if applicable. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the item is well packed to avoid damage, We will not be held responsible for any returned item that is damaged whilst in transit to us.


After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund within 14 working days. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.


If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 28 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.


We have had a few dishonest buyers, purchasing equipment & using it to diagnose/re-map vehicles, then returning it expecting a full refund. All systems produce a log of the use, These are checked on any unit returned, if any returned item is found to of been used in such a way, we will deduct £50 GBP for each module used/Code cleared/ Component programmed etc from the refund amount.


Any buyer who blacklists a unit by failing to follow installation guides will lose all rights to a return or refund.


Due to nature of the Key programmers and Mileage correction units, these can not be returned if seal has been broken, This is to stop people programming their car then returning for refund.


Please note any buyer who fails to follow instructions and causes damage to any parts including batteries will be charged for the damage.

Any unit where the software has been installed and registered will be subject to 50% charge.

Any buyer found to ignore instructions re-battery charging will lose all rights of return


Due to the nature of digital downloads, items containing these can not be returned under any circumstances.


Postage charges are NOT refundable.
